MIT UNITED VS WAHL INDUSTRIES

MIT 2 : WAHL INDUSTRIES: 1

MIT vs WAHL INDUSTRIES

I would like to share a brief update on our recent match against Wahl Industries this past weekend. It was a tightly contested game with limited chances from both sides. The first half ended in a goalless draw (0–0), with both teams displaying strong defensive efforts. In the second half, MIT United FC came out determined. We opened the scoring with a brilliant goal by Mxolisi Mbokweni, following a beautiful assist from Tebogo. We fought hard to defend our lead, but unfortunately conceded a penalty. Our goalkeeper, Lizo, made a fantastic save, but Wahl Industries capitalized on the rebound and equalized. Despite the setback, we remained resilient. After Mxolisi Mbokweni was fouled, we were awarded a free kick. Thabane Dlamini stepped up and scored a stunning goal, putting us back in the lead. We managed the game well until the final whistle, securing a well-deserved victory against Wahl Industries, currently the top team in the GISL. Thabane Dlamini was named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.
